Trouble in Myrloch Vale
Myrloch Vale has set at the center of the largest of Moonshae’s Isles – Gwynneth – for years in a sort of peaceful state. The Vale is a combination of lakes in a dense forest, but the water has turned sulfuric in some of the lakes as of lake, killing off the wildlife. Earthquakes have begun to shake the small towns and people are worried. The troubles seem centered in the mountains on the southwest side of the Vale.
As a local band of heroes, you’ve been called on to go and see what’s been going on in the area and put a stop to it so the vale can return to its idyllic state. Will you find the problem and deal with it, or will the vale suffer some terrible fate?
This adventure is designed for level 8 characters using either D&D 5e Rules or the 2024 Ruleset. You can use the normal starting equipment for your character plus 550 gold, 1 common magic item, and 1 uncommon magic item (DM will be there early to help choose what you need if you’d like).
This event runs from 5pm to 9pm on Monday, September 9th. The event takes place in Heliotrope’s outdoor garden seating. We ask that you please make sure you close your tab and turn in your dishes/glasses prior to 8pm when they close, but you may remain and play till 9pm or everyone is finished.
*Dragons & Drafts benefits local bars/breweries by bringing in customers during off-peak hours and we encourage players to purchase food and/or beer. To this end, players must be 21+ to participate in Dragons & Drafts events.
About Heliotrope:
We strive to cook and brew with as many local ingredients as possible, from produce grown within a few miles of the brewery, to barley harvested and malted here in Virginia. Our walls are hung with rotating local artwork, not televisions, and our taproom is set with community tables intended to promote conversation with friends, new and old, over a shared meal or a round of beers.
