Dungeon Master: Mike

Kid’s D&D adventures are intended for middle school and early high school age players and are specifically chosen to provide an introductory level experience and an engaging story for this age group. Much like an episodic TV show with a cast of characters, we hope your child will be able to attend most sessions, but if they miss here and there it is easy to adjust the plot for their absence.

This campaign with Mike as DM meets every Tuesday from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The table limit is 6 players, so you must RSVP and prepay to save your child’s spot. Please email us if there are no available seats and we will make every effort to contact you if there is an opening.

How much does the club cost?

We can provide the best experience for your child when we are well prepared! Dungeons & Dragons sessions need to be balanced for the correct number of players, so last minute adjustments mean more work for the Dungeon Maser. This is reflected in our pricing:

  • Cheapest: prepay and register at least 48 hours in advance at the rate of $15/day (reservations may be changed with at least 48 notice with no penalty, otherwise there is a $3 fee)
  • Walk-ins: $18/day for sign ups within 48 hours of the club.

Kids receive $3 of store credit for every session, which they may save up or use on snacks.

Campaign Setting

The greatest minds in the multiverse meet at Strixhaven University. Professors teach wondrous secrets to eager students, and life on campus is frenetic. But danger lurks even here. Come join the adventure with scholarly pursuits, campus shenanigans, hidden dangers, friendships, foes, and more. When campus hijinks mix with sinister plots, it’s up to you to save the day!

    Mike joined the staff of Just Games Lexington in Summer 2022 but has been a regular player at our shop since we first opened in 2018. He has been playing Dungeons & Dragons since then and regularly DMs for his friends in various home campaigns. Mike has worked with kids for over 10 years as both a volunteer and employee for various Young Life camps, and he can’t wait to share his love of D&D with the next generation.
