Tarkir 2-Headed Dragon (Giant) Tournament

Break out the dragons and overwhelm your enemies with our special 2-Headed Dragon (Giant) event! Featuring the cards in Magic: the Gathering’s newest set, Tarkir: Dragonstorm, come ready to use these amazing dragons and mystical artifacts to emerge as the victorious clan of Tarkir!

Format: Each Two-Headed Giant team of two will receive 8 Tarkir: Dragonstorm play boosters. With these eight boosters and any number of basic lands you need, your team will build two 40-card decks to battle against other Two-Headed Dragon teams.

Tournaments are run using the Magic Companion App. If possible, please download this app to your smartphone or tablet prior to the event and create an account (or use your Arena account if you have one). The event code is R2XDXE6. You can still participate without the app.

Magic: the Gathering is intended for ages 13+ due to complexity, but if you are younger, know the rules well, and would like to participate, please arrive 30 minutes early so the shopkeepers can assess your readiness for the tournament. This only needs to be done once, so if you’ve played here before, please disregard.

Event Policies: $20 – Advanced registration is highly encouraged to attend this event as it is limited to 20 people (10 teams). Please arrive at least 10 minutes early because the tournament will begin promptly at the listed start time and we like to go over special 2-Headed Giant rules beforehand. Teams are encouraged, but anyone playing solo can be matched with another player.

Prize Support: Teams that are 2-1 will receive a 2 Tarkir play boosters, 3-0 teams will receive 4 play boosters.
